DELIVERYAND PAYMENT CONDITIONS
The delivery and payment conditions of movie-collectables apply to shipping within Europe.

ORDERS
To place an Order click on “send /place order” in the “Check out”-menu. You will then receive an email confirming your order.

PAYMENT
At the moment it is not possible to pay by credit card.
C.O.D. (cash on delivery) is only available for customers within Germany.
Payment in cash is accepted aswell as banktransfer (see Shipping & Returns) and from self-collectors at filmfairs (please inquire).

STARFOTO SIZES &  PRICES:
ca. 13 x 18 cm  =  2 €
ca. 20 x 30 cm  =  4 €
ca. 30 x 45 cm  =  8 €
Differences in size of the ordered photos may occur due to our suppliers. You will be notified if the differences are considerable.

The prices for collector items, such as vintage movie posters etc. are based on scarcity value, demand and condition.

DELIVERY
Delivery will be handled by DHL or a private parcel service with movie-collectables noted on the package.
Please allow up to 10 days for delivery. Your order will be send out after we received the money.
Costs for non-acceptance of a delivery will be charged to the customer.
Please note that no deliveries will be shipped to a post-office box address.

RETURN POLICY
Should you not be satisfied please return the goods unused, undamaged and post paid in the original packaging to the address given below within 14 days after ou received them.
Returns are at buyer’s request, risk and expense.
The contract of sale will be effective if you do not return the goods within the allotted period.

After receipt of the returned goods you will be refunded. Please note on the delivery/return slip if you would like to order other goods from our range.
Please note that your personal information will only be saved and used under German laws of data security and will not be made available to a third party.

Our range of product does not contain any pornographic material. Shipment of such items is not possible due to legal restrictions.
